Owing to some substantial changes to the Website and transition between the former and current exco members, there’ll be some changes to the way we receive and process membership applications and renewals.
From here on out, we’ll only be accepting submissions online. This means that all forms and documentation (e.g. Transcripts, hour logs) will have to be sent in to us via PDF or jpeg files. This will help facilitate the membership application/renewal process, and also help us to save some trees along the way. All documents should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for now.
Secondly, all applications will be processed bi-monthly when the exco meets. However owing to the transition period we’re having now, there will be a delay in processing applicants who have submitted their documents before, during and after the AGM. Hang tight, we’ll get to you shortly.
Lastly, this website will be going dark in a bit, and we’ll be introducing a brand-spanking new site to service our members with enhanced capabilities. So stay tuned for more information!
